1. Initial Conversation
We start by learning what you’re looking for — a new design, a redesigned heirloom, or simply the perfect piece. Glenn and Steve take time to understand your style, preferences, and any existing jewelry you want to incorporate.
2. Personalized Selection & Design Direction
Before your appointment, we hand-select diamonds, gemstones, and finished pieces based on your preferences. During your visit, you can view and compare these options in person.
If you're interested in custom or redesigned jewelry, we also discuss design directions, review your existing stones and metals, and explore sketches or inspiration images to help refine your vision.
3. Visualization & Approval
For pieces that require custom work or redesign, we create CAD renderings or a wax model so you can see the proportions and overall look before production begins. This ensures every detail meets your expectations.
4. Crafting Your Piece
Once approved, we begin production. Your stones can be reset into a new design, and your metal can often be reused or credited toward the project. Each piece is crafted by trusted experts within our network to ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
